Description There were sent twelve guardians
To protect the universes
And when all twelve died
They would find their place in a thirteenth
As phoenixes
The end was long in the coming
But when the end came
The Keeper would take them all in
And continue their grand plan

Hail Erjok
The Wise
Whose wisdom and faith
Will always suffice

Hail Verjax
The Fallen
Whose experience and reason
Will fit any season

Hail Jurog
The Judge
Whose strength and heart
Will find the last part

Hail Zorix
The Beaten
Whose wounds and corpse
Will find you, sport

Hail Koroy
The Majestic
Whose beauty and cunning
Will leave you running

Hail Yuinous
The Lost
Whose compass and guide
Will make the surprise

Hail Sinara
The Traitor
Whose courage and patience
Will free the captive

Hail Jash
The Last
Whose demise and end
Will make certain the Keeper

Hail Hirjax
The Fighter
Whose talons and vigor
Will make him the stinger

Hail Volotrous
The Scholar
Whose scrolls and collection
Will provide the protection

Hail Zeraz
The Confounded
Whose uncertainty and fear
Will leave all in tears

Hail Votion
The Mystic
Whose spells and potions
Will control all the motions

Hail Thirteenth
The Unknown
The Keeper
Whose purpose and meaning
Will tackle our pleading

I like the way that all of the twelve (save the last one) were announced with "the ..." and then a couplet. I like your style in this poem.
