Description
Now you wish to see things yet unseenYou wish to look at poets' dreams
You want the gleam in their eyes
To be yours
But you yet have years to go
Down that long and lonely road
Until you can at last defeat
The horrors lying at your feet

Wow...if this doesn't put that idea through your head, what will?
Writing is a hard thing to do and/or accomplish.
Hell, I have a hard time writing stories for English.
But that's a different subject.
Honestly, I have spirals full of "useless"poems that I've written over the years. A lot of them are actually really really horrible and shall never be seen by the human eye.
But I do love to write what's on my mind with a little twist. That's when I think the structure of the poem comes out the best. :]

This poem means a lot to me. I wish someone had showed it to me 2 years ago, though, which is when I really became interested in writing. It has been though for me, rejection from sites, people saying my writing is crap, but all of that has made my writing better.

CONSTRUCTIVE criticism is a good thing. It makes you make your writing better. And it's good that you stuck with writing through the hardships
And sorry about writing it a little lateXD
