Name: Elixira Cediro (Elixir)
Age: last time she counted she was 14
Flaws: Get's in trouble without intending to. Cannot control her powers, activates them without even knowing what harm she can cause. She sometimes feels lonely, not being able to do much on her own without consulting her guardian, but she doesn't mind.
Scarf info.: It makes her float (how? magic okay 8|) and like It says if she is away from her guardian (Perkins) or goes off on her own, it creates a pathway so Perkins can find her. Thing is, if she is very far away the path needs to be longer and can end up choking her.
Friends: She can be friends with anyone (if they can understand her sign language which includes waving arms around and pointing at stuff ) but her closest friend is her guardian Perkins, who is always by her side, ready to protect her. They are close buddies and with their floating abilities they tend to take it advantage of that and scare people 8>. If they are separated, Perkins can unleash powers beyond imagination and nothing can stop him from his main duty: to keep Elixir safe.

ANYWAY I've had this in my files for over a month now XD. First character sheet ever so if it's all over the place, sorry I tried ;;. Making one for Perkins because it is needed to better understand the two .
I'll probably make another one of Elixir, once I get the hang of making these XD.
