I did not figure this out first. But I did after watching two or three episodes of the Televised series.

Honeylemon and GoGo Tomago are the Disney equivalents to Cartoon Network's Starfire and Raven. 

One preppy-happy girl who is tall-petite and long haired.

And one Goht-edgy girl who is short-curvy and cropped hair.

Anywho. I appropriate the work you put into this scanned image! I can see microscopic white areas within the colors. Indicating you used real world tools to illustrate and color this art work. The curves of her hair are well done. Natural looking. The entire image looks like a greeting card for a loved one and fan of the movie.
