I'm proud of the belt,because I was very scared about it xD I made it with fabric and a particular material (I don't know the name of the material in English xD). And it was a very hard work...@__@

Yes,it's a Nami outfit. She wear it in Davy Back fight episodes (both anime and manga). And yes,this is a costume,I made it by myself ^__^ (also the belt.)
