In other words: Make My Heavy Heart Light β WIPIII bet most of you didn't expect to ever see this again. I posted the first WIP of this in October 2007 and I don't know why it took me so long to get back trying to do something about it. This is still very much unfinished but in case it'll remain unfinished forever, here is at least an update.
btw... This is probably one of the worst scans ever seen in my gallery but I'm too tired to start to fight with that machine now. I'd also like to point out once again that I'm not trying to go for photorealistic. This being just a WIP isn't excuse for it being rough, it's most likely going to be like that in the end too.

I'm still getting used with Nightwish's new phase, but I'm enjoying it so far. Your drawing reflects what I hope will summarize it for the band: freedom, happiness and a new sensation of achievement with their work. Can't wait to see the finished version!

I looove how you manage to get people so right, especially (again) their smiles.

ahh our new scanner does this too. It takes out all the subtle tones and shading, and fine lines, and makes everything so blindingly WHITE.
But that makes me appreciate this all the more because I know there is probably a ton more detail that we can't see here. Looking great as always

That girl in the middle looks -perfect-! I mean, wow. The others are good, but she just blows me away. Every strand of hair, her eyes, the lines around her mouth...w-o-w. Maybe I also like her cause she has my haircut...(I just noticed
