question.....im not very good at drawing...my mom is always using the scanner,and my camra is broken,do i WAIT untill i have a free thing,do my best with the digital art....or can i use a base,untill i can update the application with a picture i drew?

I really do not like when bases are used, so I would prefer you not use one for your application at all. You can use a base to give us an idea of what your character looks like, and I will consider your character a student with or without an app.
