The texture and colour get me on this one. They both work together to create a wondrous, dynamic and wholesomely aesthetic effect. Colouration is fantastic, and the blues mold together so effortlessly like stained glass, but when you really peer at it, they look lovely singled out. Usage of black is awesome, especially the splattered ink and tendrils that give the image focus and clarity, also added upon by the faded frame. All on all, this is a simple but most beautiful picture.

are you sure its not a comment on the economic and social depravation of hedgehogs living in the working class areas of manchester and liverpool? and the subsequent apathy of "the worker's" Labour party?

what do you see in the ink blot?......
a butterfly.
oh really? why is that?
because its a butterfly.
Yes and how does this make you feel?
itchy itchy like belly button fluff.
sorry it just when i saw it and the splatter of ink i thought about ink blots. i don't know if it was intensional or not but it looks pretty good and its eye catching well composed with a good use of colour personally i would of added more detail on the butterfly but thats just me too much detail would probably spoil it so its not a crit really. well done, i can't say anything else really. hmmm i don't fav work very often so tadar i'm impressed.

I love your comment on this! I think that unless itβs the artist explaining the work, everything else is secondary bs. Interpretation is the weakest part of art and possibly the most useless.
On another note, I love this deviation! Its fantastic and beautiful!

Interpretation is the weakest part of art and possibly the most useless
I think that this is the most closed minded comment which a person could direct at art. Art is completely about interperetation. Ever heard the phrase "beauty is in the eye of the beholder".
Everything in life, esspecially art, is left up to the interperetation of an individual.
I think that anyone who truly believes the comment that you gave could not truly advance in the creation of art and should step back and take a look from a bigger perspective.
The reason that I gave this comment for the deviation because I was in a smartalecy mood.
Although, thankyou for your support.
