Well...sure.
Ever since I watched The Princess and the Frog, I felt overwhelmed that Disney is still creating villains whose implications on the film are quite impactful and admirable...even into the audience. I loved how squirky his character and funny his interactions with the people regardless that he's supposedly a vicious, intellectual man with dark intentions(he is though).
Additionally, I think that he's the most realistic villain amongst all(like...what motivations or reasons that lead him to those conscequences; dark-thinking).Β
I also think that he's quite...badass ya know? How cool would it be to encounter a man who greets you respectfully, knows who are you, sings and dances for you and then reveals his true-self. Listen to Friends on the Other Side! Look at how his outspokenly expressive his words are despite that they were just randomly sung(since those are presumably his first visitors into his Voodoo emporium).

Yeah, Frollo is awesome, but too scary for some.

Frollo was an amazing villain too. but I guess since I like Greek mythology I enjoyed Hades (and his funny character) more.
