If Johnny Test Did Rip-Off Dexter's Laboratory, Then Scott Fellows Would've Made a Main Character Resembling To Dexter.
That Would've Caused Cartoon Network To File a Lawsuit Against Both Warner Bros. Animation and Cookie Jar Entertainment.
