Just a meme, showing Stinkerbelle, the Toof Fairy. I wanted to do a nurgling fairy, and had the idea to turn it into the Toof Fairy, stealing Ork'z teef while they sleep.Thanks for watching, you naughty little monsters out there...

It should have been clear to me that this has been thought of by someone before.
While, this is more like a fan fiction and no official or outdated lore as it seems. At least I couldn´t find anything except the 1d4chan article and some forum posts.

Considering Nurgle already has jesters called Sloppity Bilepipers, something like this wouldn't actually be out of place. The dress would just have to be rotting and filthy.
