Name: Magdalena "Lena" Mirit

Info: Magdalena was born prematurely, unfortunately owing to the death of her mother. Her father, desperate not to lose his fragile and only child, took her to an ancient shrine, surrendering his daughter to the goddess therein and begging for her to be healthy and strong. She gave him a price, and he happily accepted.

Under the goddess Ocaris' watch, the baby on death's door grew incredibly fast over the years, becoming the strong, beautiful woman Lena is known as today. At a young age, her father informed her of what happened when she was born, and of the price that he had paid; to keep Ocaris' protection, she must always fight in the interest of the goddess, becoming her Champion when she is of age. More importantly than that, she must never kill.

From that day forward, Lena trained her body as often as physically possible, Ocaris' protection bolstering her training and allowing her to develop her skills quite swiftly. By the time she was of age, she was one of the most capable fighters Sedna had ever seen.

At first, Lena wanted to join the Queen's army, and fight for the good of the people. However, the goddess warned her that a military would only take advantage of her protection, putting her always at the front lines. She would have to kill. Abiding with Ocaris' warning wishes, she instead became a duelist at the capital's coliseum. Ever since she joined the ranks and made her name known, she has not lost a single fight.

A sour downside to her constant fighting and indefinite bodily protection is that she has never experienced the feeling of so much as her father's embrace, touch a foreign concept to her. While it's true that the goddess' protection keeps her from injury and pain, it also denies her the physical affection all human's need. She secretly dreams of some day being free of Ocaris' protection, but knows that it would basically be starting over, becoming the weakling she was born to be.

Personality: Being constantly protected by an all-powerful goddess has made Lena quite headstrong and reckless, and rightfully so, as no situation is too dangerous under Ocaris' protection. However, this only comes across as arrogance to her opponents, and as such she has found it rather hard to find comrades in her profession. Having a coliseum of fans doesn't quite match up to having a friend, but it's all she's got.

Likes: Fighting, cheap food, battle stories, Ocaris

Dislikes: Couples, those unwilling to fight, children, the thought of losing (as unrealistic as it may be)
