I originally made this pic for the header of my journal but then I realized that it's a subscriber-only feature! I feel so insignificant and powerless now... argh, must EVERYTHING in this world revolve around money (which I have none of)? Well, actually, I do have money, but I'm using them on my tablet... Anyway, this one took between 30 minutes and an hour (didn't really time myself.) It was pretty fun, but the background was puzzling at first. The colour combination of grey/green and red is a bit strange, but not bad once you get used to it. And in case you're wondering, the picture I used is a deviation of mine featuring a girl named Pleiades (or Camryn, or whatever you want to call her.) And yes, I used Photoshop (don't really have anything else, not even a dA subscription *fumes*) DeviantArt, I'm angry at you.Related content

Ahh wow, this is really pretty! If you really were able to make it your journal header it'd be one of the prettiest i've seen around XD (Ahaha, having to pay for a sub really sucks *_*; ) Anyway, I really love the borders for this! I like the brushes here, and the sides look really interesting, the top and bottom 'strokes' look really elegant. And here is a good example of someone using the leaf tool without overdoing it

Thanks ^^ The background is mainly composed of pen art and normal PS brushes... it took a while for me to come up with. I can't believe that this one is getting more attention than the original picture. Maybe I should really consider putting borders and background effects on all of my future CGs... *ish a pageview and favorite hogger*
