The character shown here is Koishi Komeji. As some Touhou fans may notice, this wallpaper is based off her final spellcard in SA, "Subterranean Rose" ( 「サブタレイニアンローズ」 )

She is also the younger sister of Satori Komeji, both being satori youkai. Koishi has the ability to read minds but as well as the ability to manipulate the subconscious.

Koishi does not belong to me. She belongs to her rightful owner, the creator of all Touhou characters and games (technically the Touhou Project :: 東方Project), ZUN.

I only own the drawing/wallpaper.
