But could you make your own personal reskin if you wanted? If I do Make one it would look like my sprite of 433.

Yes, you need an image editing software that will accept TGA files. "Gimp" is what I use. It's relatively easy to use and the results are generally very good.
It's not hard to do once you get the hang of it
