Description
One of the guests at the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad's Steel Wheels Festival was this neat little Lehigh Valley Coal Company 0-6-0 #126. All it did was go back and forth on the Interchange track, passed the C&O Canal. So I decided to run over to the C&O Canal and take a picture of the water (which was absolutly still) reflecting the engine. It's one of my favorite pictures! This photo was taken by the C&O Canal bike path in Cumberland.

I gave this one a little pop of color, too, it's such a pretty photo!
Hope you don't mind my little changes!

Hank the Tank Engine. I'd love to see her (him?) come to the National Railroad Museum.

Indeed! "Doublehead" him with Thomas on their "Day out with Thomas!" then they wouldn't need to push him with a diesel. put modified gondola behind Hank so that the little kids (and the big ones!) could watch John and Barney work.

That's a great picture. A lone loco and prefectly still water. I really like the colours and composition - the sky looks great reflected in water.
And i really like the steam. It's rare to be able to catch so long smoke.

What a great photograph!
I see #126 is running nicely, did she carry any passengers, or just cabrides on this day?

Well, it's not the Allegheny, it's a slightly smaller 2-6-6-2. It's in great shape, and is coming along nicely. She was serviced right before she was retired. And she was only used for 7 years.

Guess what anyway, that 1309 is returning to the rails in operation.
