Hehehe... Projects? Finals? What on Earth are you talking about?

So, the other day, or yesterday rather, I discovered that I had forgotten to buy a present for the White Elephant party that my anime club is having. Well, since I is le dead broke, thanks go out to the generosity of my roommate, ~Dragoness07 and because of her I was able to get a card and cheap ass (CHEAP ASS = a bag + gobs of tissue paper + two dollar gift, no lies) present. Well, feeling like a total mooch about the whole thing, I came up with the idea of giving whoever got my present a free commission. But then decided that was boring. What would be better is having them have a type of commission picked for them from a fortune teller, but not just any fortune teller. No! A marvelous anime/game themed fortune teller with the options of (in no particular order):
- one full uncolored commission
- one full colored commission
- one character sheet
- one single page comic
- a visit from the soup nazi: "No Commission for YOU!"
- free choice of commission
- ask again later
AND
- a custom made fortune teller

This is what I've been doing with my time instead of projects that are due tomorrow. And there are a lot of them due tomorrow. A LOT.

But none of that matters right now! Back to my fortune teller!

Naruto is a bitch and a half to draw. He really is. But I prefer drawing him to ANY of the Kyo Kare Maoh characters. Why? Because they are three full bitches each! That's why! First Yuuri doesn't look ANYTHING like Yuuri. Wolfram was just a pain in the ass and Conrad has funky angles and curves in his face where there shouldn't be angles and curves. Sasuke didn't give me any trouble. He was the second most cooperative one to draw, which is ironic and weird, and those of you who know Sasuke understand why. Sakura was just awkard to draw. So I just let her do her thing and be done with it. Link was a challenge, but still a sweetheart and came out really well. Zelda's lips started doing some really weird things and it got to the point where I slapped something on her that resembled lips and started on Sheik, who must say I'm pretty proud of. Kudos, Sheik.

Sora was painfully simple to draw. I mean, it's ridiculous how easily I whipped him out. So, to me, I felt over confident that Riku and Kairi would be just as simple. I was wrong. Raped up the ass by spring heeled jack on a pogo stick in a dark alley in the middle of the early morning wrong. I hate how they came out. I didn't like Kairi to begin with. This didn't make me like her anymore. In fact, I have crossed the line into total hatred for that woman because of how difficult she was to draw. Not to mention that the best I could do was something that looks like I gave a crayon and a coloring book to a five year old.

I haven't put the fortunes on yet, mostly because I didn't want to show where they were going to go.

My favorite is Sasuke and Sheik, because they're side by side and in battle mode. They're the only two that seem to be interacting with each other.

Anyway, IT'S SNOWING! YAY!

... and the one wearing the fortune teller as a hat is my other roommate, ~Breadnbutterflie . Her brains a little melted from all the essays she's had to write in the past week. Just ignore her. She's fine.

So, I got bored at work today, and since I work in the Mail Center, there's tons of packaging tape lying around that we hardly ever use. Well, I decided that a great way to kill my boredom and waste a lot of packaging tape, I "lamenated" my fortune teller. Hehehee... Boredom leads to scary things, and I'm a postal worker.
