I drew this about a month ago, when *TheSadPandaBrigade was trying to figure out if we wanted to cosplay Pokemon for Anime Matsuri. Turns out that we didn't, which was just as well, because I was going to be Jesse from Team Rocket, and making that wig was going to kill me. I don't even want to think about acutally put that thing on my head and having to wear it all day... *shudder*

I know that's not exactly how her outfit looks. This is more of a design of the costume I was going to wear. I always like to put my own little flair into my cosplays, and Jesse seems like she would be a lot of fun to do. Especially she's one of four cosplays I did/will do that is a female character. For those that have read a recent journal of mine, I have an ever growing list of cosplays, most of which are male characters.

Very rarely do I find a female character that I would like to cosplay. Yoko from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is on that list, but there is no way in hell I would ever do her. There are just so many lines I will cross.
