Mesmerizing!
Suggestions for what? Perfection?
Oh! Okay, well you could increase the transparency of the engine smoke - as it does look a bit dense!

Oh I love this intergalactic piece! I remembered that title from the computer videogame I used to play long time ago!

One suggestion; realistically, you woudn't see stars near the bright side of the planet, as the light reflecting of the planet would wash them out. Either you could change this in photoshop, or you can create a larger sphere around the planet with single-sided black polys facing inwards.

Awesome! Just completely and totally frickin' AWESOME! My favorite part of this piece of this planet; it's one of the most realistic-looking planets I've ever seen made in PS. What technique did you use to create it? The blurring on the ship and the smoke trail works very well, since it gives the impression of a photograph taken of something that is in motion. The starfield is also very well done here. A bit dense for my tastes, but very realistic nonetheless. Brilliant work, keep 'em coming!

elllo corax! the planet was done in 3d, blender btw, not in ps. and tad of motion blur to mimic motion. i agree bout the starfield pretty much. anywayz...thxz!!

heyho, of course since your comment I gotta look at some work of you
I like your planet, the texture is looks good. did you texture the planet 3d or 2d? looks 3d, the roundness is just perfect.
the ship is also nice. your own model? reminds me on star wars.
but your starfield is way to full. you should erase most of the stars, leaving some black areas, making many stars dull and seeming far away. that would emphasize the other few stars that are brighter but its cool

hiya! the planet is definitely 3d, rendered in blender, the sphere mapped with our own solar system neighbour ganymede..and the craft is from babylon5 series. didnt read the credits??? hehe..anywy thx for the tip on starfield!

hmmm, I thought I've read the credits as I always do, but maybe I was in haste^^
I think I should try to make a nice planet texture myself, too bad its not that easy^^

I like the space and I like the ship (a lot)...but the exhaust/explosion/have-been-hit gas needs somee more work I think, did you use PS for it?? Keep it up, good idea start adding spaceships...I should try one of these days but I'm too lazy
