She does, Stealth Elf wears those split-toed shoes like ninja wear. I actually almost drew the same conclusion from her card and figurine until I saw her in-game.

Nonetheless, it's an interesting interpretation.

She's the most marketed female character of the franchise. The second most-popular female next to the Cynder, and the most popular for those who didn't know about Spyro before this. Probably fifth overall, behind Spyro, Trigger Happy, Gill Grunt and Cynder,
