I use ms paint then copy and paste it onto SAI and remove the background.

but wouldn't it be easier 9and, maybe, faster) to make the whole page first, and load the page into Paint, make the text, and go back and draw the speech box?

or make the whole page, with the speech box, and then load it into Paint?
