I love all the tufts of fur, they really add a wispy effect that helps show its flying-type. Personally though I would've chose a different base colour than brown, because that's more earthy, but it still looks great c:

I LOVE this design, it's probably one of my favorites from all of them. Maybe it's just me since I like the little purple spikes/hair (sorry can't tell DX) sticking out like that. My advice would be a better color palette, since the bright blue-purple does make an eye clash with the brown. If the brightness was toned down a bit more it would be awesome. ^u^
