Please do not resell it. First come, first serve. It's supossed to be a digimon, but if you want to use it for something else it's ok. Once you bought it, i'll send you the adoptable without the watermark. You can change it's attribute, level, family if you want. Just do not change it's design or claim it as yours.

How much would it be for a rookie level, small, digimon?

Well, it depends mostly in the details, could be from 50 to 120 points (i'm not very good with prices...orz).

Umm. Do you think you could make a Chinese Crested Dog based Digimon? fur only on the tail and head, the rest of the body should be hairless. The hair should cover one eye and feather out to the sides but, not be too long.
But, the ears should be fluffy, though.
And, Chibi-like wings that hover over the shoulders but, not attached, Maybe an orb in the base of the wings?
The skin should be a palish pink and hair/fur white. But, the hair that covers the eye and the ears should be like a blondish color or light yellow.
Maybe you could add something at the paws, to make them less bare?
Up to you though 
The tail should have a slight curv, but not curv onver the back.
How much would that cost? 0w0 I'd love to have a Digimon like that.
BTW, If your wondering, This Digimon is based off of my baby girl, She's a Chinese Crested ^^ I can give you a pic of her if you'd like.
