I want to say that's official Gainax artwork, but the sig on the bottom makes me question that. Regardless, it was part of a huge folder of pics a friend gave me so I don't claim any ownership of the art and, once I find out who drew it, I'll give them proper credit. In the meantime, it looks pretty on my work desktop. ^_^UPDATE: It -is- official Gainax artwork. I've been informed by KnP (sorry I dunno how to do proper deviantArt links ;_
that it's by Yoshiyuki Sadamoto and thus, it is now credited properly! Three cheers for KnP! ^_^UPDATE2-ish: Hah, now I know. Thanks to: ~KnP Booyah! <_<

It;s Yoshiyuki Sadamoto (I hope I selled it the right way) who drew it. Y.S. He was the main chara designer for the series NGE and he is drawing manga. And he can't finish it for few years now ^^"
