I'm not 100% sure. If it is, that's ridiculous cos it's essentially been the same fight going on since the beginning.

Akame has had his right eye took out and has three scars on his face like Gin (but bigger, hence the no-eye)

You'd think so! I might be wrong but it really seems like they've been fighting since the start, some dogs split off I think and obviously a lot have died and been injured. I'm not a massive fan of Monsoon tbh.

Me too... like, goddamn. I'm honestly having a Ginga-crisis lately cos I don't think Yoshi's writing isn't that great? *shot* Especially in this particular series, a lot of weird/nonsensical stuff is happening. Seriously, Izou's guts are hanging out (which they outright SAY in the manga, and he's all "my intestines are proof I'm good enough!" and I'm here like... no Izou. You're seconds from the death you should already have experienced.

Yoshi's writing has been so-so the entire time, with a downward trend since parts of Orion, in my opinion.

Ugh, no Izou you are dead. No Yoshi that dog is dead.

How "hanging out" is "hanging out"? Cuz Yoshi does this thing where just a bit of gut hangs out and is then put back in after the fight (or during, if you have Akame available)
