Description
So CreaturemasterProds told me that what my thoughts for what my regional bird might be and so my regional bird would be of course a parakeet, i decided to make one and and they have lightning bolt in part of their design. While the pre-evolve form has a simple design but its evolve form had a bit more detail. They're basically based off of parakeets, the pre-evolve form's typing will be Normal/Flying type and while its evolve form will be Electric/Flying type, the parakeet Pokemon line would be similar to how the Fletchling line's typing changes from being Normal/Flying type to Fire/Flying type when it evolves. And much like the Hoothoot line and the Tailow line, the parakeet Pokemon line will only be a two stage evolution. And just like the Tailow line, these parakeet Pokemon will only be find in the fourth Route.

And lastly, what both the stats, moves, abilities and name would be? Please leave a comment of what stats, moves, abilities and names for the Parakeet Pokemon Line would be.
