hey hey hey, Batman has been called one of the GREATEST asset to the Justice league. Batman has contingency plans for all the superheros including himself, so obviously he'd have a way or five to defeat superman, because there is quite the different in ability.
and IF you were to ACTUALLY square away Batman and Superman (thus both have equal abilities/powers), then Batman still might win because he has had LLLLOOOOTTTS of training, all Superman knows has come from first hand fighting experience, which isn't all that necessary when you can throw airplanes like kites.
