wow!! you're awesome with hair! It looks absolutely amazing! same with the eyes! (though I think some upper lashes would help as would some larger higlights to the eyes)
overall though, your shading is excellent and it looks really good!

Oh thans a lot friend Only if I had a kneaded eraser I can make the shading more perfect, and I only used my fingers in blending so it's not very clean.
