for the life of me i cant remember which filter it is anymore i used for the tiles. mind is slipping(!). it is one of the texture tile filters though. just played around with the settings. the fish is a dingbat clipart i found years ago. i got bits of it to "fade" into the tile texture by creating a separate layer that was blurred. the lighting effects are just lots of layers with layer effects on top of each other. plus, gradients to get the blues and purples in the corners.

- gaussian blur and sharpen
- gradients
