I have the A6 one The smallest, and I love it to death x3

Wacom is currently the best on the market when it comes to tablets

Hey, thanks a lot for making this! I do have a question which I don't think you've already answered in the tutorial. What is the use of locking a layer?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

etuix In reply to Yamilisa [2006-06-13 09:35:48 +0000 UTC]

When you lock your layer, you won't be able to colour outside the coloured parts. This is very handy when shading. You won't go outside your outlines = no cleaning up again and again and again after colouring

It saves you alot of time cleaning up

Oh yeah, that is very useful! Usually, I select the part I colored by pressing ctrl and clicking on that thumbnail. But I'm gonna try it like this too! Thank you!

very nice. I like it better than the one's beforehand because when you used the brown it was a little to brown to see what was going on inside.

Nothing really new learned here, although I think it's rather interesting how you do the color, by using the magic wand and locking the layer and such. To me, though, that seems so unrewarding. :/

It's a shame you don't do backgrounds.

Wow thanks for the tutorial, this should be able to work with Paint Shop Pro, which makes me VERY happy since a lot of PS tutorials can only work with PS (like channels and stuff )

Some things can be used in PSP aswell, but it just goes a bit different Locking layers should be possible I think

hey this is cool +fav on the way

I do have a suggestion that might help with time when you are coloring in a color that takes up a lot of the pic you can paint bucket the whole back layer and then go in to layer>layer mask>reveal all and this will make it so that when you are using a white brush it make thhe are of that layer visible and when you use black it makes it invisible I have found that this makes it much fast to do the little touch ups that you did on step 4 cause you can just use the X button to basicly switch between the eraser and the brush tool

This will be very helpful, but Photoshop Elements is a little different, for some reason they left out the pen and the color swatches. But you've given me some good ideas on how to use the program Thanks! ^_^

Still in doubt if I should do that or not, with the eyes I mean... It's just a style I made up, and to see everyone use it.. I am not sure about that Maybe someday
