Three of my OCs. Two of these gals have already premiered here on dA. Karina (cat ears) has received a bit of an update since my last pic of her, though ([link] ), including a much better wardrobe (though you can't tell from the other pic).

As for Iris... Poor Iris, I mangled her... Her hair turned out alright, but I've GOT to practice drawing profiles again... I seem to have, er, slacked off in that area.

Now, who's the third gal? Her name is Rión. Yes, that' one heckuva scar she's got on the right side of her face. It's not me messing up on the markers. One day I'll elaborate on how it got there. She's actually this guy's cousin. If that's not something of a hint as to what was on that side of her face, there's not much more I can do. lol.

Anywho, I was trying for a more... bold coloring style in this. I think it came off well. I really like how Karina came out.

Oh, an interesting note: All of these gals are older than twenty. Shocker, I know. Karina is in her late twenties, Rión in her early thirties, and Iris is a few eons. Can't ever get an exact answer out of her when I ask. lol. At any rate, age is something else I'm trying to work on. T'is harder than it sounds. Do you realize how much of a difference there is between a late teenager and a early thirty year old? Not much. Some VERY subtle differences, but really not much. And yet, when you look at someone, you can almost automatically think, "Hmm, that person is in their late twenties or early thirties," or "They must be in their early twenties." It's an interesting study.

I think all of my female characters from this particular story have now been added to my dA gallery. *cheering in the background* I should work on my male characters now...
