My first impression, thanks to your title, screamed sci-fi at me. Was this intentional?
Anyways, using a black and white totally makes this work here--I think color would've made one think a bit closer to Earth.
Like the sense of movement between the various parts of the building. You framed this all up and did the kind of interesting composition I like. (I love abstracts like this--wavy, curvy, but not too over-the-top).
The sky is particularly awesome, and I think adds to the whole sci-fi feel of this piece. It doesn't look like your typical sky--mostly because of your using a B and W here, rather than color. It looks more like nebulae in space or something.
Overall, a definite fave.

Yeah, it's intentional -- but, diction-wise, it's stolen from xkcd . How the clouds seemed to creep around yet emanate from its curves prompted my envisioning some sort of weather production facility.

It looks like that even in-person, like the slightest wind will tear it away from its foundation and wreak downtown havoc. No such luck, unfortunately.

Its panels were so superheated from summertime sunlight that they didn't make for as good a slide as I'd hoped.
