Original Description (Sept. 10):
Ok, so I went to the play Phantom of the Opera tonight, and it was amazing. The acting, singing, dancing, and sets were amazing, and I would gladly go see it again. Two days ago, a lady who had seen it before told me that it was possible to get autographs if I hustled it to the back and asked. I drew a '

Oh yeah, the play was fantastic. I don't think anything could beat a live performance, other than maybe meeting Gerry and having him sing Music of the Night to me *faint*

I never thought I would, unless I went to New York and saw it there. It was the highlight of my year, hands down.

Sounds like you had a good time at the show. I love the poster and to have it signed by the actors. Wow. I am a huge fan of Phantom of the Opera. Have been for longer than I want to admit. You draw wonderful pieces.

Thank you again. Yeah, getting the poster signed and having all the actors be so gracious was definately a highlight of my whole year. I love POTO as well (that's propably obvious haha) so it's huge to have them appreciate the effort I put into the drawing.

For whenever you do get the chance, let me tell you it's so worth it. I didn't actually I'd ever get to see it on stage unless I went to New York, and then all of a sudden they announced that PotO would be here for 3 weeks. I almost died lol.

Well, I am hoping to see it in New York when (and I refuse to say if because his art is so good) Mike (mikey-madness) has his gallery show there. But if it ever makes it this way I will certainly jump at the chance to see it.

Weren't they fantastic?!? The guy who played the Phantom (John Cudia) was a cutie, and really nice to boot. Thanks so much, I'm glad you liked it
I busted my hump making it and then I was afraid that they'd all hate it since it was from the movie

...which is propably why I have two monstrous colored pencil drawings from it hanging on the wall lol.

WOW! That is THE best (un-official) poster I have EVER seen! You do such a good job with all your PTOTO(no I don't mean photo) drawings though, that they're all the best musical drawings though... Since you said it took you a long while, I have to know; how long did it take you?

Let me just put it this way: I found out that there was a possibility the performers would be signing autographs two days before I was going to go to the performance. I had a black piece of paper at home, so the next day, in the morning I drew out the outline and started coloring. I worked on it pretty much non-stop all day, but wasn't done. I got up the day of the performance and worked on it until about 30 minutes before we had to leave. I'd say that a good 20 h have gone into that baby, and it's smaller than my other two PotO (no, I don't mean "photo" either ) drawings. I don't even want to think about how much time went into the other two.
And thank you so much for the comment about the posters, I love them myself because I'm so in love with PotO. Heck, I'm sure I could recite the movie
