Lycoris radiata, hell flower or higanbana, this flower has a strong meaning/symbolism in eastern cultures. I have see this flower in some anime, but sadly never in real life.
About the artwork, I simply have to say it's incredible and amazing, excellent work! I wish I could draw like this.
