I can't help but feel that Silver's older sister is a sociopath. Not a "I'm gonna kill everybody for kicks sociopath" but the kind that is incapable of actual empathy and remorse. Oh, I'm sure she may seem like a loving sister at first glance, but the fact that she didn't even show any visible signs of distress over her part in injuring Sicily through Metal just paints me the wrong way. Is my assumption wrong? I hope I'm wrong, because Silver is gonna have even more on his plate than just his parents being part of Chaotix.

I think you've confused Sicily (the elder) for Vennie (the younger), but yeah-- Sicily does not express emotions in a healthy and normal way. That's not to say she doesn't care, she cares deeply. She's conflicted and psychologically damaged, though. We'll be seeing more in this story arc as it unfolds.
We saw the start of the exploration of her guilt and anger in the previous issue-- check back to that!

My apologies for the minor mishap, but yes - Sicily is just the kind of person that I would wail on for her seeming disregard for her family's well-being and how "empty" her reaction seems. I certainly hope that she won't become a villain, but if she does go on that route, then I can honestly tell that it won't end well for her. Then again, I might as well backtrack on my assumption that she is a sociopath, perhaps she has Asperger's then? It would certainly explain some of her mannerisms, but I still can't pinpoint what her deal is. She does indeed care, which I thank you for confirming, but she is, by all accounts on your explanation, damaged.
I am definitely not fond of people like that, but I can sympathize. It is only when someone might end up crossing the moral threshold, that I will withdraw ALL sympathy and leave that person to be taken down and judged if the time ever comes. But of course, the plot is still in its incumbency, and I look forward for more to come.
