The character templates for Mutants & Masterminds are often based on existing characters. This one, obviously, is based on Raven from New Teen Titans. I consider it sort of a companion piece to the Alien Exile from the first Hero High that was based on Starfire. It's worth noting that this character is supposed to be Indian. The lighter skin is because when she uses her powers, her skin glows with moonlight. This was a choice born of the need to create some contrast in the piece, but also because I thought it was a cool idea. Interestingly, this is the third Indian woman I've drawn for an M&M project. Apparently, I'm GR's go-to guy for Indian characters. Namaste!

NOTE: To those collecting this piece into your Raven collections: this character was only inspired by Raven. It's not actually Raven. If that makes a difference.
