Is one head not functional or are they both alive?
If so, how can 2 heads control one body?

The colors of the hair was indeed chosen well. I really like the idea, it reminds me of a goddess or guardian, you know? Some weird creature with tooo many body parts. Nice coloring and really cool outfit. The whole thing turned out really well.
