Wow, this is such a wonderful character, and such a beautiful name too! What I really love about it is all the glowing blue - hooves, stripes, teeth and of course the eyes - contrasted to the black body. The dragon-like tail and slender build is also a very neat addition to its design. Lovely work!

Thank you very much! I am a bit wary of completely taking credit for his design, because I drempt him and then hopped up to draw the "creature" the second I woke up, I'd like to think it makes him especially special!

Yeah, his is a soft velvety black with cobalt blue stripes that glow and may or may not have a misty blue steam coming from them. Think of the stripes like a blue christmas light.
