So here's a quick sketch of what looks like when the the Midnight killer takes of her eye patch. At first it was just going to be a scar, but then I though of this.

Before she became the Midnight killer she was assaulted, and her attacker cut her horizontally across the eye. Her eye was unusable and the wound left a large scar. But later on due to certain circumstances it turns into that odd sideways eye. That's why she wears that eye patch.
