Taken at the Sandestin Hilton Resort beach while attending Anime South Dec. 2009Costume: Yuna from Final Fantasy X made entirely by me.

Yuna was quite difficult to nail all the little details. The arm warmers actually had the loops for the string on the outside, which made that easy, The pleats and the painting of the belt and bow were the most time consuming. Everything was hand painted. It was cold... I should have put my hand down, so you can see my flower belt charm doily better.

I love it when I make friends at Cons.
I remember when I first met Ken at EXP Con 2010.
I was Link, and he walked up to me (as Ruroni) and asked if I wanted some pics taken of me. Then he and I sat down in the tea drinking position and he drew his katana at me. I rolled back, put my shield up, and drew my sword, and somebody got an epic shot of us clashing blades with our faces close and tense.
Months later, I was at a JACT meeting at FSU and I met him again, and I saw a pic of his Ruroni cosplay, and I was like "Holy Crap IT'S YOU!"

You should mix your Yuna and Medusa cosplay and do a barefoot photoshoot with Yuna's cosplay, like when she is doing the sending!

While I may do that in the future to have a more accurate representation of The Sending, I'm not aiming for the foot fetish community. My feet will most likely be in water.

Yeah, I guess you must have been asked that a lot, and the foot fetish community is characterised by not being very polite. However you do it, I'm sure you'll do a great job ^^
