Crayola Colored Pencils.18x24
I realize this picture is pretty blurry, I just messed up while I was taking it. I'm going to add some more shading so I'll update this deviation soon and the picture quality will be better.

This is pretty cool! I like how the hands look skeletal, lending an eerie feel to the whole thing. The day-glo vines-as-veins are cool too.

I like the coloring on this, the textured look on the hands is really cool, and I like the shapes of the clouds. Nice job!

The thumbnail reminded me of Scooby Doo a little like zombie arms coming up out of the ground. Lol, I dunno I'm weird like that.

Well when I frequently encounter objects, such as hands, that I have trouble drawing; I get extremely frustrated and will draw just that object over and over and over(usually when I'm bored in school). This is the exact method I used to understand hands.

That's a productive approach....although I read in a random art book that even if you become good at drawing a hand perfectly one way, you may have difficulty with another position.
Hands are able to adopt many positions (even more if you're double jointed ^.^ ) I'm intimidated any time I try.

Heh, well that's true. Many times I've thought "by now I shouldn't have any trouble with this hand" yet they are always a challenge.
