Well this is MMan.
MMan's hair is purple and varying transparency except for the big green and grown blob hair. The pretty orange bow is there to make him look fab and clash with his eye makeup.

MMan puts his eye makeup on under his paint on unibrow because it looks more natural and shines more that way.

MMan's eyes are different sizes and shape because someone beat him with a bat when he was younger and unfortunately, they look all o_0.

MMan has weird eye crust things protruding from the inside of his eyes. They have their own heartbeat.

MMan's nose is just there and DEFINITELY doesn't look like a scrotum at all.

MMan's mouth is all wrinkly and gross, don't mind his herpes on the lower lip, if you don't stare at it, you wont be as disgusted.

MMan has a few giant pussy whiteheads covering his face, they look sorta like mini volcanoes.

MMan has a mole on one of his 3-yes 3 chins. It has 3 hairs which MMan named after his three favorite Survivor players, Kimmi Kappenburg, Chet Walsh, and Boo Bernis.

MMan's right ear is troll-like and missing the earlobe. MMan accidentally bit his lobe off in a hot dog eating competition. The other he sold for a cheeseburger.

Oh and the spunk on his face is from Ev32.
