More brushwork. Only one shape was used to define the shape of the face. Once again, thanks to ~TankArtist , and here is the source: [Sharp] . tank was nice enough to let me work off of a really high res version of the original photo. This is how I originally envisioned this piece to look finished... I started to play with colors, making it a negative, outline view, the whole nine yards and had to just step back and tell myself "STOP"... it is perfect how it was intended to be. undo... whew, done, quit messing with already finished pieces already.
