Part one of a sequence everyone should be VERY excited for. Here's the story:

Allison Kay has always wanted to be a baker. After giving up on the stress of being a school teacher, she decided to open up a bakery, only to find the baker's life is a stressful and difficult one. Her daughter as the only other employee, she struggled to make ends meet to no avail... Until a dream she had one night. In the dream a tall, strange looking man with extravagant clothing and other worldly appearance, offered her a chance. She was told she could have her bakery succeed, and all she needed to do to pay, was let it succeed, and grow. As long as she accommodated her growing client base, she'd always be successful, he promised...

This is the first day after the deal. Baking was easier- faster, this morning. She changed the recipes, made them up, did things on the fly. Everything came naturally, and when the shop opened, and people took bites of her sweet confections their faces lit up. Everyone loved everything she had made. On her lunch break, even her daughter was loving what she'd made!

But what did the man mean by growing client base? Was it popularity and number of clients, or something else?
