It was windy...so my wing on my hat is a bit floppy, but other than that I like it.Me cosplaying as Freya Crescent from Final Fantasy IX

Thank you! The hat was entirely out of pipe cleaners, fabric, and felt. I used the pipe cleaners to build a frame and basically just wrapped it in fabric. The wings were felt that I painted and sewed on
The staff was cut out of a big hard foam block from a Michaels store. I paper mache'd it ('cause you cant paint over foam very well) then painted it. The staff part I got at a costume shop.
