Last I read, Hussie's policy is that there can be no money trading hands for 3d homestuck art (unless pre-approved by What Pumpkin) and that you can sell 2d art as long as its unique to that commission and it won't be reproduced/resold.

Ya know I'm not 100% sure. I know saccharinesylph (dot) tumblr (dot) com sold prints at some con or another, but I doubt it's okay outside of cons. You might ask her though.
