Yes It's not usual to see this creature around my backyard, I never saw this guy before I shot it

Wow, great capture! What a gorgeous insect. This is actually a species of hummingbird moth. I tried to photograph a hummingbird moth that I found in my garden, but wasn't able to get a great shot like this one. Nice clarity and detail!

It's was really hard to find if it was an insect or a bird until I see a deviant photo with the name of this animal on the title

"Wow!" he is a moth. I think I have seen one of those in my garden. I have posted a link down the bottom, for anyone who is fascinated by this strange looking critter.
