Hey if you want hair like that, go on YouTube and look up emo scene hair cutting tutorial. There's quite a lot! I cut my own hair now just from watching people cut their hair it's actually no hard at all. It's pretty easy once you have watched a bunch of videos. And if you mess up, then your hair will just grow back. If your parents are skeptical about it, then reason with them saying like, it's free I have watched may tutorials so I got an idea how it's done. If have a hair stylist do it it's not always how you want it. So I'd recommend you doing it yourself. If not okay. I just started cutting my hair by myself, without asking my parents. They didn't get mad, they just said to not cut it too short or they would get mad😂. And sometimes I would mess up, but that's okay. It's not permenant. Once you learn you could just do it one day and then be like hey you like my hair?
