Did this a while back, and I've just realised that I never put it up here.Its an intro thingamyjig to my OC Jumpstarters.

All my stuff is rendered in 3DSMax, and looking back at this I can see that it has struggled with some of the text, which sometimes happens when there is a lot of it, like here.

TWINSPIN the Dual-Rotor Gunship
TWIST-TRAX the Corkscrew-tracked Tank
TYPHOON the Katamaran
As you can see, I have given them all 'T' names, and where possible referenced turning/twisting/spinning in their names too. (I'm a sucker for a precedent!!)

you should look into Adobe's Illustrator, you can draw crisp border designs and make custom text box shapes - and it's all vector-based so it will be clear at any zoom level

I don't think that max is the issue......the problem is the limited graphic capabilities of my aged laptop. I've got lots of programs that I can't use...mudbox and google sketchup for example, just because as soon as I do something with them it disappears from the screen and I can't see it.

On the subject of siblings and katamarans, Tumbleturn and Typhoon are Brother and Sister. Typhoon and Teneighty are femmes, I forgot to mention that.

Cool ^^ given the katamaran and snowskimmer's slender designs I suppose making them femmes kinda imposed itself
