"Hey Fabio! Could you come down for a second?"
Troy waves at Fabio who just opened the window to let some could fresh morning air in.
"So early?"
Fabio walks down the stairs and almost fell down. Its definitely too early and he is definitely too sleepy. Fabio opens the door to the backyard of the SrS. The cold wind blows against his face. Troy waves at him with a jump rope in his hands.
"I need you to try this!"
Says Troy while trying to hide a huge grin

"A jump rope? I am... really not in the mood for exercise..."
Answers Fabio while rubbing his eyes.

"Trust me! This will help you getting the day started! You will feel more awake than ever before!"
Troy isn't someone who takes no as a answer.

"I don't have a choice do I?"
Fabio looks a bit grumpy and takes the jump rope. "Fine... but only one minute!"

Fabio isn't the most fit person... but he knows how to skip rope. He starts with a few slow hops... he can feel how he gets less tired with every jump. Unexpected energy starts to fill Fabio's body.

"This is... actually really fun!"

Fabio didn't even made one mistake so far. Its like he jumps automatically. He looks down... and screams loud.
His legs and feet merged together to a grey spring! It makes a "boingboing" noise everytime it hits the ground. Even after this shock... he just can't stop skipping rope. His arms starts to become shorter and shorter, his fingers crack and merge together into his hand. His nose became big and a bit rounder like a pig nose. A loud "oink" escapes from the transforming Fabio.

Troy grins proudly and kneels down at the little half transformed spoink and drops a pink orb on his head, which immediately causes Fabio's hair to fall off. The orb stays on his head without falling off. Fabio's ears grow a bit and become a little bit pointy.

"Glad to see that it worked so well!"
Says troy proud of his work.

Fabio feels how he starts to get a bit tired... but he can't stop jumping. He tries to concentrate and actually manages to slow the jumping down.

"I would not do that if i where you... your heart would stop pounding if you stop jumping!" Says Troy with no sympathy in his voice.

Fabio speeds up in fear.
"No need to panic... he would never let my die... Troy would not do that... r... right?" Thinks Fabio to himself.

"Don't worry. I you will evolve soon... i think... don't know, don't care!" And with that... Troy leaves the pleading Spoink allon to get himself some breakfast from the kitchen... like nothing happened.
